Refund Policy:
All unblemished books may be returned for credit or refund if received within one year of the original invoice date. A copy of the original invoice must be included with return shipment. Shipments must be returned prepaid to the following address:

Unblemished books are not torn, mutilated, scuffed, or defaced in any way.
Privacy Policy:
Alka Press International takes seriously the matter of protecting credit card and other types of personally identifiable information that the company gathers when selling books to customers.
It shall be the policy of Alka Press International to never give out credit card and other types of personally identifiable information, of its customers, to any business, group, person, or organization UNLESS cutsomers provide a notified letter to Alka Press International, with the customers legal signature on said letter, giving Alka Press International legal permission to give out the customers credit card and other forms of personally identifiable information. The notified letter can be sent to Alka Press International, P.O. Box 2700, Lutz, Fl. 33548-2700.
